Stream editor, looking for multiple ongoing projects.

I am looking for an editor to edit down a stream with 2-3 segments into 2-3 edited videos for YouTube, ongoing work, in the styler of chrismd and other uk youtubers.

The final edit looking to be about 10-20 mins per segment, but the stream will contain about 2-3 segments at 45-50m (I guess) as price is a huge factor to me, starting out without any income for the video, just for the love of it.

I'd like quite a dynamic edit, with transitions, effects, captions, royalty free music (or music I'm allowed to use with rights forever etc) and everything please. No rush for time, whatever would be cheapest.
