I need Thumbnails and graphics for YouTube branding

I am a YouTube creator who has been in existence for four months specialising in hiking. Now would be the time to improve the consistence of graphics across the portfolio. To begin with, I would like eight thumbnails replaced from my back catalog of videos, and therefore there would be no critical time factors. We can work together to decide where you can make the biggest impact. In addition, I would like some consistence of design to flow into the banner and a business card. In your quote please refer to this as part 1. If you can also consider any other contributions from your existing skill set that may add benefits to the branding of the channel, this would be part 2 of your quote which may not form part of the initial project, but would help me to choose a future partner.
