I need help with Youtube videos, my website and getting more students for my business

Hello I have a website which is quite basic but want help to create and add great Youtube videos to feature some lesson packs. I tutor ESL and French. I also want help to reach a wider online audience such as Middle East, China, Japan and N. America and need help getting exposure there. My website is currently www.moira-cooper.com. I want to link my website to my Youtube channel but would need 100 subscribers and help with that too. I would really just need help with getting myself seen in the right places and I feel for me Youtube is the way forward as opposed to Facebook etc. Convince me if I'm wrong. Would love to chat to the right person who can just give me the little nudge forward I need in the right direction. Please don't blind me with science and jargon. I'm not thick by any means but I need it in lay person's terms that a social media phobe like me can work with. I would prefer a Native English speaker to work with also. I don't have a massive budget at the moment but I don't need hours and hours of work just a tweak to move forward. If you don't have any relevant experience with Youtube in particular then please do not submit a proposal.
