I need help with youtube

I need help with uploading videos to youtube, creating channels, monitizing and later on promoting the videos through social media. Please note that I need to divide each hour into series of 10 to 15 minutes sessions where I can ask for instructions from you as I learn and progress. Later on I like to continue these sessions to get your help to build a website and get started on promoting my videos on facebook, tweeter, etc.
