Google+ and YouTube for Business

Sawyer Mfg Company Google+ and YouTube channels are a mess. I believe there are several profiles created for Google+ and YouTube. YouTube specifically was created using an obsolete gmail address that we never use.

I believe this may require deleting the YouTube channel completely and starting over. Google+ may be better created as a brand account. I need someone to help me clean this up and create solid business profiles for both.

I would like someone to review our channels and then discuss their recommendations with me before implementing them.
