Twitter - Writing/creation of tweets

I am after someone to write/create 150 - 200 unique tweets that are eye catching to ensure people are clicking through to website. Each tweet will need a URL and the use of relevant # Hashtags for the industry
The tweets will be written for a media company that offer the following services
- Web Design
- Web Maintenance packages
- SEO
- Promo Videos
- Social Media Management
- Blog
- Free E Book download

The tweets will be supplied in a spreadsheet and kept to a maximum of 135 characters.
