Looking for a twitter expert who can help me attract my target audience to my twitter site, interact and engage

The url is https://twitter.com/MathsFix and it is new but I will be posting frequently. I have a degree in maths and I am a qualified teacher with a full CRB. I am looking to offer tuition online via Skype but of course need people to know about this service.

Saying you will be able to get me 10,000 followers in 3 days is great, but I would rather have 100 followers who are studying maths at either GCSE or A level so people really need to be UK based in order to give tuition online during suitable times.
