Twitter Marketing Expert For Social Media Advice

Looking for an experienced Twitter expert to ADVISE us on a social media strategy. We are not currently looking for someone to produce content for us.

We have started producing promotional content for our site, and are looking for someone with Twitter experience to advise us on how to improve our existing approach. This includes, ideation, creation and promotion.
