Some advice on publishing content on our website and then sharing it on social media

We currently produce a blog every week. This is placed on our website but we then publish the same articles on LinkedIN, Twitter and Facebook.
We are keen to get some advice as to whether we are doing the correct thing or whether we are being penalised by the search engines as we are duplicating the content.
I don't expect this to be a huge job, so would ask you to propose a fee that is acceptable for the level of advice required.
