Social media training

I have a website at http://www.pickleballteachers.com. You can see in the upper right corner that I have social media sites set up, but I have no idea how to post - or what to post - to them. My site is new, and I haven't really started to market it yet.

My audience is primarily in the U.S. Pickleball is becoming a very popular sport especially in the U.S. You can google "pickleball" to see dozens of demos on YouTube to get an idea of what the sport is.

At any rate, I need hands on training initially as to how to post to facebook and twitter. It would probably involve a phone call with "hands on training." I might also be interested in having you post for me at some point.
