Social Media outlets for company

I am looking to create our professional social media outlets. We are a Sport Entertainment/Betting group and we plan to use Social media intensively so we are looking for someone to create the different outlets for us so we can then handover to our social media team to maintain going forward. We are looking to create Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Instogram outlets.
Ideally it will be someone with social media experience and a sports enthusiast.
The company logo should be used in all the outlets as well as the company colour brand (Red and White). I will also provide Image covers for the outlets.
The project involves creating these outlets and updating with the correct contents as specified below.
It will then be handed over with the administrator details – and instructions on how I can use my email/username as the administrator to these outlets.
The outlets should all have the same tag ‘Gogamepro’
The mandate is to create these outlets as well as the contents
For Facebook:- Create a business Facebook page with daily post on latest Sport News, Go Game announcements (and marketing) as well as betting information.

For Twitter:-
Create Twitter Account to twit sporting and betting information. The account should also actively follow relevant twitter accounts such as accounts of top local and international sport commentators, accounts of top global betting companies etc.

You Tube
Maintain YouTube account with several YouTube channels (or playlist).
The Playlist/sub channels will include:-
• Latest Sport Videos – Subdivide into Sport Types e.g. Football, Tennis
• Classic Sport Videos – Subdivide into Sport Types e.g. Football, Tennis
• Subscribe to local and International relevant You Tube Accounts
The latest videos playlists should be actively maintained so that it is to be up-to-date and relevant.
