Social Media Ninja

I need a reliable and proactive social media ninja to create social media business accounts for facebook and LinkedIn, for one of my 'Industrial Resin Flooring' clients.

(I'm a graphic designer, and I've built their website, but I'm not a social media ninja). I can add the sm icons and links to the website and re-upload, but I will need you to be proactive in generating and actioning the postings, gaining friends and connections, keeping things happening and fresh on a weekly basis.

We need to make a visible presence for this client on the social network platform - which will hopefully work towards keeping his website ranked well in searches.
What service can you offer me, (including how many posts/tweets/ and frequency) what will be the benefits of choosing you, have you got proven track record, what will it cost, what will you achieve. I would be looking to agree a monthly fee structure. (which would probably adjust as it develops).
