Social Media Manager Specializing in Yoga

I am a UK based yoga teacher with over 30 years' teaching experience and a solid reputation. I am more old school yoga than fitness orientated. I am also a complete social media phobe and idiot, though I recognize its utility and value. Most urgently I have three retreats which need a lot of marketing support, as well as a non-instructional video about yoga that should be ready for YouTube in February. which I think deserves some promotion. I have a Facebook account - I am the worst FB friend ever - and a LinkedIn account. Both need a lot of TLC. I need someone I can work with to do a lot of this with/for me and bring me into the 21st century with visibility and presence that will translate to sales. I would also like to be set up with MailChimp. I have a Mac anomy understanding is that MC setup is not straightforward on a Mac so I need help with that too.

I imagine this is per hour work rather than fined rate though I'm open to either. Please let me know if you think you can help me. Please note I teach evenings and all day Tuesdays and Thursdays so there may be a delay in responding.
