Social Media Manager

I recently created a blog and I would like to try to get some traffic going to it, however, social media has never really been my forte. I created a twitter and that is about as far as I got. I need someone that can promote the site, grow the twitter, and suggest any other potential social media platforms that may be better suited to the kind of project I am trying to grow.
