Social Media Expert

We´re a startup online shop selling ebooks-our website is due to launch next month- and we need help with getting our name out there. Basically what we´re looking for is a social media expert to help us build a strategy and guide us in how things need to be done.
As we´re not very familiar with the field and the amount of work involved can´t really set a budget though for the right person we will do our best to meet your requirements.
When bidding please attach a short plan of action, nothing fancy but something to show us that indeed you have the experience and to give us a rough idea about what to expect. Bids without this will not be considered. Sorry folks this is just a way of making sure we don´t waste time chatting with the wrong people.

Just to make things a bit clearer, we do know the main social media websites where we should be present - ie Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc so by our request for all bidders to submit a short plan was mainly to give us an idea of what strategy you would use. Of course at this point there is no need for a very detailed plan of action but also not something in the lines of- create a profile on each site, add photos, follow people and post tweets - this much we could do ourselves really. Again I wish to reiterate the fact that we need help only on social media side of things, we have the SEO covered already (including link building, website optimisation, etc).
