Social Media Campaign

We want to get 300 sign ups from young people who live in social housing the London Borough of Islington to a new an exciting app so need a social media campaign designed to run for a duration of 1 month commencing 25th January - 24th February. We have social media pages already set up so this will be an advertising/promotional campaign.

Advertising needs to have a really good hook/incentive possibly pre-incentives to get the sign ups. Budget is a guideline and I welcome your comprehensive proposals for reaching this very specific market sector.
