SEO - Social Media Influencer required URGENTLY

Hi, OK this is a slightly unusual one. I need an expert in social media to help propel a Facebook competition entry - I DON"T SIMPLY WANT AUTOMATED VOTES!! So, I need someone who will work with me to get the link to my competition entry onto Twitter & other means (including Facebook but NOT direct votes). The deadline is midnight Sunday - so the plan is using fair means get my message out there by what are essentially fair means. If my price is way off please send something realistic.
