We are the leading mobile personal training company in the UK. We are looking for an seo, link builder and social marketing expert for a minimum of 3 months. The person will be expected to work 10 hours a week during normal UK business hours. All activities are white-hat and quality is critical. We currently already have high rankings in Google for our top two search terms 'personal trainers' (We Rank 1st) and 'personal trainer' (We rank 4th) but need an expert to get us to number 1 for 'personal trainer' and also work on our different locations pages. For example we need to rank high for search terms 'personal trainer' followed by major city. London, Manchester, Glasgow, etc etc.

Job requirements include but not limited to:

* Research our competitors in detail and find linking opportunities. Then aggressively try to obtain links from these sites.
* Build relationships with industry experts and bloggers to encourage linking.
* Create new Link Baiting ideas that we can use to attract links.
* We will use ideas like an ebook, online calculators and infographics that you will use to get links.
* Develop strategies to get quality .EDU or .GOV links.
* Build and research content on our website to make us a trusted resource in our market.
* Manage our blog by keeping it updated weekly with interesting and engaging content.
* Manage and develop our Social Media efforts through Facebook and Twitter.
* Use videos that we create for our company to deliver traffic and quality links to our site.

LINK BUILDING SUCH AS ARTICLE MARKETING, BLOG COMMENTING, SOCIAL BOOKMARKING TO BE USED ON A LIMITED BASIS AS THIS IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE SEO TECHNIQUE

Candidate Requirements:

* Absolutely must be a nice person that can communicate very well.
* Must have experience in advanced link building in competitive markets.
* Must have the ability to take on the challenge of getting a hard link and do what it take to get it.
* Must have good writing skills with great English.
* Must have great computer skills including email, spreadsheets and doing advanced searches on Google.
* Should be very familiar with the principles of link building found on sites like SEOMoz.org.
* Must be reachable at anytime via email, phone or Skype.
* Must be willing to dedicate the time and attention needed to show great results.

This position is to start immediately. There will be very limited training in SEO or Link Building so the candidate must have experience. We will give some training on our industry which is pretty small and easy. Please be prepared to show evidence of your experience
