Refresh brand through SM, site, blog, FB activity and much more targetted visibility

I've been a bit lazy over the last couple of years and now need help to get back into action! I've got the marketing knowledge (except SM) and know what I want to do and how to do it, so I need someone who can help me, guide me, etc.

I'm looking for someone who has SM, digital/online expertise and can also write copy.

I'm anticipating hiring someone for a few hours a month over the next few months.
