Promote online courses on social media

I have 3 supply chain (online) training courses and need to be promoted by offering 50% discount to concerned people/groups who are interested in supply chain.

The promotion will take place by sharing a link which will offer the 50% directly.

This may need to create an account in social media and then connect to all people/groups and the initial preference is Facebook, twitter, yet, I am open to other options as well.
