Project Manager, Social media, tech, Writing and design skills

Hi, I am looking for a Project Manager with a multitude of skills to support the preparation of the launch of a new online course that I'm creating over the next 2 weeks. I am currently developing the last module, but will need assistance in the development of my social media campaign and in launching the course to a hosting platform called Thinkific, and critical feedback from online course creation. The course is aimed specifically at menopausal Women aged 45-65, and so the ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the subject matter and be able to support a campaign targeting these women in particular on a global basis.
I am based in the UK and ideally would like to work with a Project Manager within the same time zones, and who is considered as working at 5 star rate. The time scale for this project would be fairly tight as I aim to launch in 2 weeks time. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
