Optimum account strategy/setup on IG, twitter & LinkedIn

I need someone who can provide a reasonably simple marketing/push strategy and also setup social media accounts on IG, Twitter and LinkedIn to support my business. I’m a trauma and PTSD therapist. I have all the information and what I’m offering and how I’d like to do it but need support from someone who has experience with this and understands the technology and can propose an optimum approach regarding setting up the accounts and which marketing tools/add-ons to use. Having had some false starts due to peoples’ availability, time is now of the essence and I need to get this completed as soon as possible. My website is being relaunched next week on 01 May and it needs the social media aspects for inclusion.
