Online PR / social media strategy

I'm looking for some assistance to help promote and sell my new online self help Life Coaching and Stress Buster Courses.

These are b2c courses which are completed in around 4-6 hours by clients at their convenience - instead of traditional life coaching 1-2-1 sessions with a therapist. I then respond remotely and encourage the client

These are the first of several courses which are being developed at a price point of circa £25 each.
