Need work on my social media account

Experience Level: Expert
I have a healthy Facebook account with nearly 70k followers and lots of posts and videos etc.

However I have never really bothered with instagram and have only 40 followers there. To make it more complicated for some reasons I have ended up with two instagram accounts.

I need:

The 2 instagram accounts amalgamating as one
All of the good stuff from facebook posted on Instagram over a period of say 3 months
To get REAL followers up into the thousands like facebook.
All of the videos on facebook posted on a IGVideo

Essentially I want to make Instagaram as successful as my facebook page
