Need help to set up social listening

Need someone to help setup listening facility or suggest how to go about it. we want to track key words and certain sentences. ie If somone is talking about ' can you recommend a good dentist in chelsea', i would liked to get a notification so we can reply back to recommend a dentist.

Not sure if someone whats to share the subscription of one of the expensive listening softwares out there.
