Need blog post on selected facebook groups

We have a shisha molasses brand to promote on facebook groups, we will provide you with the images and copy, you will have to follow those groups and post the content on the following 7 groups.
Total posts are 4 (multiple images provided for each post to alternate on different groups). You will be asked to post 1 post every sunday on all groups.
