Need 2 weeks worth of social media content

Need social media content sent in a word document

I have 2 separate companies im looking for one post/update a day on each account (fbook/twitter etc)

I'm looking for links that a relative to the company, news stories, text content etc Mixture of content not all the same

I currently have 18 companies on my books that I need a social media manager for as it is taking up so much time, I would like to work with someone long term and im using this project as a trial.

UK proposals preferred or at least English as your first language, if you want to send a proposal from outside the UK or Ireland then I would expect to see perfect language skills and grammar, this is a key part of the project.

I would like to receive content tomorrow for at least 3/4 days then the rest by 3:30pm Friday.
