New model agency seeking someone with social media knowledge to help us seek out new model applicants

Consider yourself to be a maestro at social media being Facebook, Twitter and Instagram mainly? Looking for some extra ongoing regular money doing what you feel at total ease doing and at hours to suit you? If so, you could be what we are looking for. You do not need any experience in the industry and can work from anywhere in the world as long as you know what you are doing.

We are a new model agency and part of our recruitment strategy to recruit new modelling talent is to use social media. To this end, we are seeking a person that will simply use mainly Facebook and Instagram to invite aspiring (wannabe) models to apply to become a model with us. You will be given all the necessary guidance on what main sites to target and what to tell applicants. In addition to this, you will also be given our target market and in return, you will use our social media pages to invite ordinary everyday people to apply. You do not have to be a model expert as we are targeting people with no experience, as we prefer to train them from new. We also target anyone from children to mature models of any height and size.

You will be expected to hit a target of new applicants and be judged on how many people you get to actually apply but they must be UK based. Also, you do not need any experience apart from simply having a skill to get people to do what you want them to do using social media.

So here is a summary of the job, which will be ongoing if you are deemed successful after a test period:

1. Help us set up social media pages and regularly build and supervise it obviously for anyone needing further information
2. If they need further info, you simply ask them to contact the agency direct with an email we will provide you
3. You use your eyeballs to get us as many applicants a day to apply [target audience will be provided]
4. Do well, and we will retain you on an ongoing basis.
