Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I want to promote an MTB sporting event via my existing social media channels, using a paid promotion campaign,
I already have lots of high quality content (professional images, professional, edited promo videos) and the associated brand wording / message. I already have very closely defined my target audience (for use with FB and Insta targeting).
I have 500 USD marketing budget which I want to use for paid promotions, to run throughout July. A mixture of promoted and unpromoted photos, videos, stories, IGTV etc. I already have the content but I need someone to manage the budget and format the content into suitable formats for Instagram in particular (image size, stories + text overlay, edit video length for maximum impressions etc).
The ultimate goal is to drive customers to sign-up to my promoted event, which takes place at the end of August.
I need help / advice primarily with Instagram, but happy to take advice on Facebook as well.
The task will involve a short video conference to agree the scope and agree what content to hand over and how. Then ideally you will set up the promotions directly on my existing FB and Insta accounts using the content and scope that we have agreed.
I have an international audience and have experimented recently with releasing English/French/Italian/German versions of the same promotional videos (but with language-specific text overlay and comments), targeted at language-specific audiences, with great success. If you can demonstrate an understanding of this aspect of complexity, then you will get bonus points for sure.
Please note that much of this content is already created and indeed already posted and online via my existing FB sites - you may decide the best strategy is simply to recycle and re-promote the most successful, existing bits of content based on previous results.
If this project is a success and I see good return on my investment in your time, then this could develop into a more regular role since i would love to be able to find someone who is in tune with my brand that can manage my social media content and promotions on a regular basis.
Please feel free to make a pitch based on how much time you think you will need to set this up. (Im assuming you can set up a series of posts now, but schedule them to go live at the appropriate time).
To start Sunday 5th July or Monday 6th and to complete within 1 week.
I'm for budgeting a total of 10 hours start to finish and would prefer to work to a fixed-price quote based on the above. However, perhaps a Top Cert Freelancer will be able to rattle this off in 5 hours? Open to suggestions if you are able to justify the spend and the value I will get from hiring you.

I know my market and my customers very well, I'm just a little behind on the best way to get maximum value out of targeted promotions, particularly on Instagram and the newer formats (Stories, IGTV etc).
My existing Media account handles are @transsavoie and @enduro2.fr and the event and service you will be promoting are www.enduro2.org and www.trailAddiction.com respectively.
