Increase in Social Media Likes/Followers

We have just made a new signing to my music management company and we need some assistance kick starting this new act's social media presence. We require help to get the following social medias up and running to a reasonable level on the following:

Facebook (approx. 1000 likes)
Twitter (approx. 700 followers)
Soundcloud (1000 plays, 500 followers)

We would require the likes to be as UK based as possible, and would want these achieving by this time next week ideally.
