Improve Google+ Page

I have tons of content on my Twitter page, but don't know how to translate this into Google+ posts - it is totally alien to me!

I have a page setup and want someone to populate my page with content taken from my Twitter page, but optimised for Google+. I then want to start building my Google+ following. I would ideally like this done in the next 3 days (Fri, Sat & Mon)

I would like 20 posts, and 50 followers.
