I need content and strategy for my facebook & twitter pages

I have an app company, which makes apps for small businesses (nightclubs, hairdressers, schools, restaurants etc) and I need to start getting business by way of social media. Its mainly CONTENT that I'm looking for. Valuable content that will spread the word and bring in business. I'm not sure of a strategy really, I just know that the "voice" of the company needs to be right.

So the goal is to have some content delivered and to get the first two hundred quality friends/likes on Facebook. After that I need good advice on where to progress from there....
