I need a social media manager

I'm looking for someone who knows how to use Hootsuite and Crowdfire, who can curate, schedule and post relevant content and build a targeted audience for client Twitter accounts. To begin with the work should take around four hours per week, but hours will increase along with trust and proof of efficiency.

The content curation consists of three posts per day each for a number of clients to be scheduled for weekends (the work need not be done actually on the weekend and timing is flexible). A total of six posts for each client per week.

The audience building is also flexible.

You will need to be familiar with Hootsuite and Crowdfire and also have a good understanding and experience of social media marketing. You will be following instructions, however, and at first the work will be standard and you will only be able to have more creative input over time as your hours increase, if you want that.

All of the content to begin with will be curated news articles - chosen by you from a source that will be provided - and posted including a link back to the article. The essential quality I'm looking for is the ability to intuitively know whether a post is interesting to the audience and, most importantly, relevant to the business you're posting it to. A bit of common sense is needed where relevance is concerned.

The second quality I'm looking for is trustworthiness where audience building is concerned. It's really important to stick to only following relevant accounts. Instructions and assistance will be given.
