I Need a Professional Social Media Manager's advice

I am looking for someone with a great understanding of social media platforms and creating effective strategies, with strong experience working with Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Ideally you are a social media manager, someone who understands the day to day of operation of a startup's social media activities.

We are currently looking at the possibility of hiring a Social Media Manager to join our startup to focus on the execution of a well planned social media strategy, but would like to spend a couple of hours with an expert to look at creating a strong social media strategy for our startup.

There is certainly potential for this individual to be hired on an ongoing basis.
