Google Adwords and google merchant feed manager

Hi there, I'm launching an online groceries store in the UK and I've already hired people to help me with my email and social media marketing.
I'd need somebody to help me with adwords and google merchant feed.
My budget is limited but I feel some adwords and good merchant feed could help me out.

We can make a fix agreement of remuneration per week or per hour as you prefer.
