Design and install 6 social media app covers

I'm looking for a creative designer who can create stunning designs for 6 of my business pages on social media. I am a photographer so have really good images for you to use. The 6 social media apps include:

Google +
Instagram
Twitter
Facebook
Linked in
Youtube

I need the above done within the next week or so. I will need one revision and then we are good to go. Please message me any samples you have done previously.
