Create Social Media Strategy and implement

Create social media strategy for my site, including how to monetise. I want to create a blog for my domain RealEstateViews.com.au to comment on real estate matters 5 days/week. I’ll write content but I need help in setting up social media, website and a blog with real estate guests etc and strategy to monetise this project. I have not started on this as I want support on an overall strategy before detailed implementation. Cost is big factor (as I am 3/4's retired) so I’m looking for a reasonable quote to develop an overall strategy & implementation plus a quote for ongoing support on a monthly basis.
