Create a podcast for my company and take audio from already posted YouTube videos!

Hi there! I own an online magazine/blog and I'm looking to create a podcast on iTunes to grow the reach for my website. I simply need to hire someone that can set up the podcast for me and take the audio from 5-10 already posted videos of mine on YouTube for content. I'd also like this person to teach me how to post new podcasts onto the account from audio files on my iPhone (if I were to record future episodes on my phone). This would take less than an hour for someone who knows how to do it. Thanks!!
