Blog & social media set up and intergrated

Hi - I have small web design and seo business on the back of demand through my financial consultancy work hence this is not my strong point - so I have had a Wordpress site designed and will hopefully go live tomorrow advertising these services - I need Twitter - Facebook and google plus accounts set up and added to site looking great and perhaps few posts on their plus a blog added and again a post or two added - some connections found would be great too - I have logo and can provide company info plus control panel access - look forward to response - please note this is a start up budget is very tight however this could lead to more work for selected bidder as offering these service to my client base- thanks
