A UK based Virtual Assistant for social media and seo ongoing monthly hours

Description of support work: We are looking for a dynamic, conscientious, quick to learn VA who may not be completely experienced and may need guidance, this is fine. If you are experienced, we would also love to hear from you!

We work for large and small businesses in the UK and a customer focused approach is our key to a long and healthy relationship with our clients. This is not a boring job, you will learn about our clients businesses as if they were your own!

Our PH rate is low at present until we are fully established (which shouldn’t be long) in growing our business. This means if you work well, we will incentivise your work with bonuses and increase your wage in time with your experience with us.

We expect 2 hours a day, 5 days a week to start in the 1st month. You will grasp social media management 1st and then go onto the next subject once you are proficient. The below list is an overview of tasks that you will do over your time with us.

Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & Linkedin

Manage on Hootsuite/Sprout Social and post, interact, join groups, search for potential fans, find contacts and either create the content or find relevant content. We have the tools and software to use if you do not.
Training can be given in this if needed

Content Creation - Blogs, Video, Presentations, Articles & Email campaigns

Research, plan and create strong marketing messages to convey our clients brand. We again can guide you and train you if needed.

Internet marketing - SEO, Emails, article, video and blog sharing/promoting

We have set strategies for white hat seo which is all about content marketing. We can train you and provide step by step strategies.

We would expect you to be;
IT literate
Great spelling and grammar
Great English written and spoken skills
Be available between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (We can set your hours to a more convenient time to suit you as long as you can be flexible)
Have attention to detail
Willing to put clients needs first
