UK ONLY music promoter to grow large audience for singer

I need a UK based social media marketer with a passion for music to grow a large pine audience for the folk/rock/pop songs I am now releasing on Spotify.
You must have talent for creative content and an ability to spot things about my music and identity which will appeal to a wider audience then release content and clips on a regular basis.
I don't have a big budget, but my music is very original and people love it when they hear it, so there is huge potential in this collaboration!
To be considered you MUST be based in the UK with knowledge of the UK folk/rock/pop scene.
