Recover Suspended Facebook Account

My Facebook account has been suspended with the following reason (see picture below). Some random instagram account has connected to my personal account and their activity has caused me to get suspended. There also strange e-commerce ads being run through my Facebook page.

I have tried to use Facebook support but they are not helpful at all. I need someone who can regain my access to my personal Facebook account by reversing the suspension, and securing it so that this problem does not happen again.

I noticed on Saturday August 31st 2024, that the normal blue standard icon had gone black from blue, then some hours later realised my account hasd been hacked, blocked, and subsequently suspended by Meta.

Set out below is a few of the Grab screens and messages I have had, for you information I have found it almost impossible to find or get assistance to have my account unblocked, the suspension lifted, as this is through no fault of my own, the account has been hacked by a 3rd party.

My Instagram linked account appears to be working as it my business fb page but I cannot login into to any on facebook as I am constantly told its blocked.
