Quickly (1-2 hours) help me sort out my business’ social media

So, I’m totally clueless when it comes to social media. Not sure how it has passed me by, but anyway…

I need someone who knows the basics to help me a) clean up how I’m showing up on Facebook and Instagram, b) show me how to share a targeted advert on either platform.

I expect this will involve a short review on my presence (it won’t take long, there is practically nothing to review!) followed by a video conference for you to show me what I should do / change, and what I need to do to share a targeted ad.
