Recruiter Needed – Job Posting & CV Collection

We are seeking a freelance recruiter or marketing specialist to help us run recruitment campaigns and generate candidate applications.

Responsibilities:

Publish job ads on your own accounts (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook)

Promote roles to the right target audience

Manage responses and filter candidates

Collect and submit CVs to our team

Deliverables:

Minimum 100 CVs

Candidates must meet our requirements (to be shared)

CVs delivered in Excel or organized folder

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment or lead generation

Access to active job posting platforms

Ability to reach targeted candidates

Organized and reliable

Payment Structure:

Payment per CV delivered

Bonus possible for high-quality candidates
