Linkedin help needed

Hi Louise

I am new to linkedin and i am wanting to attract new solar panel partners to resale panels for us on behalf, so we are basically looking for really good sales teams in this area. I know linkedin is the place to attract these people but haven't a clue how to start. I am thinking that my profile needs rewriting to start with and i noticed you advert.

What do you suggest? My son has put a small advert on the site and we have gained one partner through this but since then interest has dwindled to nothing. Do you think you can help?
