I am looking to build a contact database from LinkedIn

Using an existing LinkedIn account or other methods as you may suggest I want to build up a database of people involved in mobile network radio engineering and quality benchmarking.

The target is to focus on the top 30 international global mobile network operators.

I realise you may have many questions so I have prepared a more details project brief with aims and objectives in a confidential project brief which I will send to suitable PPH providers via PPH messaging.
