Social Media Administration

I need a native English speaker to administer the Instagram and TikTok accounts for a talent agency concept that I intend to launch in February 2025. The agency will represent Fashion Influencers, DJs, Actors, Dancers, Singers, Songwriters, and Fashion Models.

The concept is simple the promotion of cross-cultural talent to support diversity and harmony in media and entertainment.

This is a founding role helping grow the social media presence of a start-up representing diverse entertainment professionals.

A good understanding of the entertainment industry is essential. Such as knowing what a model test is or a DJ EPK. The difference between independent DJ's, models and signed DJs, models. Ideally, I do not want to micro-manage, so I need someone who is up to speed with the above.

The administrator will post a minimum of two times weekly on Tik Tok and Instgram to attract talent interested in non-exclusive representation. Our contracts are non-exclusive, and our ethos is the promotion of diversity and harmony.

The work:
1. To get as much talent as possible to make contact to sign up interest in joining the agency. - The agency will only has a TikTok and an Instagram account all contact with talent will be through Instagram and TikTok.
2. To engage new real followers. Each follower is a potential new talent that signs up.
3. To raise brand awareness

This means:

- You will reply to messages promptly. We are currently organising a photoshoot generating some interest.
- Provide lists of applicants for collaboration with the agency and any contact details so we can send them contracts or book them for a photoshoot or test.
- Provide weekly reports of work done.
- Check out other talent agencies' Instagram and TikToks to keep up to date with social media trends
