Instagram API token

I have a Next.js website that needs to read my own Instagram Business account's data (followers, posts, likes, comments) via the Meta/Instagram Graph API. The code is already written and merged. I just need a working token and account ID to plug in.

Most of the Meta setup is already done. I need someone who knows the Meta developer platform to finish the last step and hand me two values.

What's already done:

Meta app created, with the Instagram + Pages use cases added
Business portfolio connected
Instagram Business account confirmed linked to its Facebook Page
A System User created, with the Page, app, and Instagram account all assigned with Full access

Where it's stuck:
When generating the System User token, Meta shows "No permissions available" despite the app having Full access. I believe the app's permissions (instagram_basic, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement) need activating to Standard Access in the app's "Permissions and features". Need someone to finish this and issue the token.

Deliverables (just two values):

IG_BUSINESS_ACCOUNT_ID — the numeric Instagram Business account ID
IG_ACCESS_TOKEN — a long-lived / non-expiring System User token (scope instagram_basic is enough; please do NOT pursue App Review / instagram_manage_insights)
Requirements:

Proven experience with Meta Graph API, Business Manager, and System User tokens
Can work within my existing app (I'll add you as a developer and share the app ID and IDs privately after hiring)
Quick turnaround (this is roughly a 15–30 minute job for someone who knows the platform)
