We need a part time Social Media Manager

Job Purpose:

You will be helping with day-to-day digital marketing activities for a fast-growing agency.

As a part time social marketing manager, you’re responsible for building and managing large-scale Facebook ad campaigns, creating and scheduling social media content (twitter and facebook) ,monitoring social media inboxes and trends so we can respond, and compiling and communicating results to our marketing director.

You will have a constant pulse on Facebook ad accounts and focus not only on creating and scheduling social campaigns, but researching audiences and managing budgets to achieve the best results for our clients.

Training is available if required, though the ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of digital marketing disciplines and the confidence to solve problems as they arise.

This is a trial for what will become a long term part-time role, with room to grow. Regular 10-15hrs a week work with the potential for more for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Not all skills are required, but the more demonstrable experience you have in these areas, the better suited you will be to the role.

- Creating and managing paid ad campaigns in Facebook
- Building intelligent retargeting audiences
- Creating landing pages and crafting value propositions
- Finding and scheduling organic social media content
- Creating or sourcing quality images for campaigns
- Have a strategic rather than tactical mindset
- Developing our internal marketing strategies to acquire new clients
