We would like an expert to show and train us on the best practice for setting up and managing several client Facebook pages and ad accounts.
We’ve taken ownership of a marketing agency. The Facebook ads manager is very messy.
We are clear on what we’d like to achieve.
We want the best practice / organised way of managing client Facebook pages and ad accounts. They need to be set up and managed in the correct way, including assigning payment methods.
We would like the marketing agency business account to be the central hub for managing all client Facebook pages, organic content and ad accounts. We would like our process to be:
- We need the agency business account to invoice client ad spend.
- The invoice should state: invoice to ‘client Facebook page name and ad account ID’
What is the most secure way to attach the payment method to client ad accounts?
We would also like training for team members to understand the Facebook meta business manager. A walkthrough of what it does.
The freelancer who takes over this project must indicate it will be them carrying out the work/training and not outsourcing. Once this is understood we can share and display the current situation.
